CHALLENGE PERIOD: Meta Power and Overkill Labs reserve the right to end the contest at any time. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Challenge Period.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Challenge between 12:00pm EST on Aug 10th and 12:00pm EST on Aug 12th, you may submit one bracket, and one bracket only. During the Worlds Event, each correct guess on the winner of each series in your bracket will earn you 1 additional entries per correct guess. You may get 1 entry each for a maximum possible total of 3 more entries by following @Overkill_Labs @MetaPowerGG and @CopeGG on Twitter. Every $10 spent at https://overkill-labs.com/metapowergg between now and the end of the final game of Worlds will earn you an additional entry up to a maximum of 30 entries. To receive credit you must upload a screenshot of your purchase order(s) which includes your name and order number to the "purchase-orders-overkill" discord channel within the Meta Power Discord Server located at https://discord.com/metapowergg.

PRIZE: The $250 Prize will be delivered from Meta Power via PayPal to the winning entrant’s PayPal address or at the sole option and discretion of the Sponsor or Organizer to a recipient designated by the Challenge winner.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Organizer. By participating in the challenge, all participants agree to release and hold Meta Power and Overkill Labs and any and all of their affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Challenge or receipt or redemption of the prize. The participants and the winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Challenge or use or redemption of the prize.
